Deckbuilding begins at 12:00 pm
Format: Each player will pick a Starter Deck from the new Whispers in the Well set and an additional Whispers in the Well Booster Pack. Players may add the contents of their additional packs (the pack that comes in the Starter Deck + 1 extra) to their decks.
