1. Gather 2-6 players and the game components. 2. Distribute 10 Life Tokens and 30 Shield Tokens to each player. 3. Roll the 6 Booty Dice up to three times on your turn, keeping the dice you like and rerolling the dice you don’t. 4. Use the dice results to attack, defend, or collect gold. 5. Be the first to collect 25 gold doubloons or be the last pirate standing to win the game.
